Refunds for services are generally not offered due to the nature of our personalized beauty treatments. However, if you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a service, we encourage you to contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We may offer a complimentary touch-up, correction, or credit for a future service at our discretion.

2. Product Refunds and Exchanges

We take pride in offering high-quality beauty products. Refunds or exchanges may be available for unopened and unused products returned within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt.

Non-Refundable Items: Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Defective Products: If a product is defective, please notify us immediately. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund upon verification of the defect.

3. Appointment Cancellations and Deposits

Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
Deposits: Deposits paid for booking services are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled appointments if proper notice is given.

4. Gift Cards and Packages

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Service Packages: Refunds for partially used service packages are not offered. However, remaining sessions may be transferred to another individual upon request.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where a refund is deemed necessary due to exceptional circumstances, we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
